Republic of the Philippines Province of Cavite City Government of Bacoor Invitation to Bid for Construction of Covered Pathway Queensrow West 1. The City Government of Bacoor, Cavite, through the 20% Dev't. Fund 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND ZERO CENTAVO (PhP2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Construction of Covered Pathway Queensrow West (APP No. 23600130107) 2. The City Government of Bacoor, Cavite now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 150 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Bacoor, Cavite and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below on weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm, except for holidays and declared non-working days.. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting 06 February 2023 to 27 February 2023, 12:00PM from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND ZERO CENTAVO (PhP2,500.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person or through electronic means. 6. The City Government of Bacoor, Cavite will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 13 February, 2023, 2:00PM at 2/F BAC Conference Room, City Hall Building, Bayanan, Bacoor City, Cavite, which shall be open to prospective bidders https://bit.ly/BACmeeting22 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the office address as indicated below, (ii) online or electronic submission as indicated below, or (iii) both} on or before 27 February 2023, 12:00PM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 9 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9. Bid opening shall be on 27 February 2023, 2:00PM at the given address below and via electronic means though the application with details below if available. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10. Tentative dates of Bid Evaluation (February 28 - March 2, 2023); Post Qualification (March 3 -6, 2023); Resolution of Award (09 March 2023) These dates/periods may change depending on the urgency or complexity of the procurement at hand. 11. The City Government of Bacoor, Cavite reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 12.
