with at least Very Satisfactory (VS), or Equivalent Client Satisfaction Rating within the last three (3) months

b. Income/Business Tax Return
c. PhilGEPS registration
d. Omnibus Sworn Statement
e. Quotation above the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) automatically disqualifies the bidder

The CSC reserves the right to reject any price quotation, or all quotations without offering any reason, waive any required formality therein, and to make an award to the supplier whose price quotation is deemed most advantageous to the government.
