Barangay Tinago, Ozamiz City through its Bids and Award Committee will conduct a public bidding of the project under the Supplemental Budget #1,Supplemental Budget #2 and correspond to it is the approved budget of the contract to wit;

Approved Budget

For Contract                :           TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P250,000.00)

Source of Funds          :           Supplemental Budget #01and Supplemental Budget #2.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IIR-A) of Republic Act 9184 restricted, unless otherwise stated, to organization with at least Seventy Five Percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. In accordance with the IRR-A of RA 9184 a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive bidder who was determined as such during post qualification.

Issuance of Bid Documents    :           October 23, 2021 to November 11, 2021 at Barangay Hall

Opening of Bids                      :           November 11, 2021 at 1:59Pm., Barangay Hall

            Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount of Php500.00 to the Barangay Tinago Treasurer. The Barangay assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidder for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the Bid.

            Barangay Tinago, Ozamiz City reserves the right to reject any of all bids found disadvantageous to the government
