The Civil Service Commission-CAR (CSC-CAR), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites accredited dealers/distributors/suppliers/service providers duly registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) (http:/ www.philgeps.net) of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), to bid the following project:

1. Laptop Sleeve, with handle , 14"x10" Water Repellant Protective Notebook Bag Case, Assorted Colors

2. Notebook set with bamboo cover and pen, with engraving (CSC logo and Civil Service Commission Cordillera Administrative Region) on notebook cover,

with engraving on ballpen; Gawing Lingkod bayani ang Bawat kawani

3. PVC IC with clip, 9cmx5.5cm, with print (CSC logo, Civil Service Commission Cordillera Administrative Region, 116 Wagner Road, Military Cut-Off, Baguio City)

The CSC reserves the right to reject any price quotation, or all quotations without offering any reason, waive any required formality therein, and to make an award to the supplier whose price quotation is deemed most advantageous to the government.
