The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Procurement of Aluminum Tripod with XPRO Ball Head (Photo Tripod) for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 53 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (PhP32,554.67).

Please quote your best offer for the item described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the last page of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit your quotation duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than April 07,2025; 10:00 A.M. at the Procurement Management Office, Room 318 South Wing, PUP A. Mabini Campus, Anonas St., Santa Mesa, Manila. Open submission may be submitted, manually or through email at the address and contact numbers indicated below.

        Copies of the following documents, in its valid and updated versions, are required to be submitted along with your signed quotation, to wit:

1. Business or Mayor’s Permit;
2. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
3. Income or Business Tax Return;
4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement for this particular procurement project;
5. Net Financial Contracting Capacity (Sec. 53.2, 53.3.2, and 53.4); and

Failure to submit any or all of the foregoing documents may result to the automatic disqualification of the quotation.
