The BLGU Hibod-Hibod trough the DSWD KALAHI CIDSS AF intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (PhP 2,137,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Medical Supplies and Tools (KCNCDDP-AF-2022-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
